El texto se reproduce, en la primera línea de la representación multilineal de abajo, en su ortografía original, con la excepción de numerosos errores de impresión.

La puntuación original no sigue ninguna regla. Para aclarar la estructura del texto, se insertaron comas y puntos con coma. Sin embargo, no se tocaron los puntos, sino se tomaron como base de la subdivisión del texto en oraciones y de la numeración de estas últimas.

La cuarta línea contiene la traducción española, también contenida en la publicación original. Esta es relativamente libre.
